Weâve been here for 10 months and have been very happy. We had to move out of our previous apartment suddenly and Agave was so helpful with getting us in asap after we were approved. The girls downstairs are wonderful, helpful and super nice. Any maintenance issue in our room was addressed within 24 hours. The pictures of the pool and outdoor area are not exaggerated, itâs very nice. They are super pet friendly as well, weâve met lovely people because of our dog. Youâre also right downtown which is a huge plus. Thank you agave!
Love the place, right next to downtown and maintenance are the best. Shoutout Micheal and Rene they get stuff fixed fast.
I have been living at Agave 350 for 1.5 years and enjoyed the downtown location and proximity to the UofA campus. I am writing this review because I submitted a maintenance request recently for my sink and had a good experience. Mike from maintenance was able to fix it in less than 24 hours from me sending the request. Both the maintenance and management teams have been incredibly helpful and efficient during my time at Agave.
Please note, moving downtown means there will be the occasional loud noises from the bar scene at night or the train in the morning. However, these never impact me or my daily activities and it is part of the experience of living downtown.
Great place to live, great amenities, awesome location, friendly staff. Mike from maintenance is always helpful whenever needed!
