Happy resident, convenient location in downtown Tucson. Commuting around town 15-20 minutes. Ms. T is our wonderful leasing agent who goes above and beyond for us residents. Sheâs been very helpful at nights when we needed services at the hot tub. Thank you ms. T!!!
Miss Tee & Allison are phenomenal workers. 10/10 service from both of them since before I even moved in. Makes me and my roommates me feel right at home.

I can't say enough good things above Miss Tee and the entire rental process. I was needing to put together a quick move in from my son who is relocating to Tucson for work from out of state. I had a lot of questions that came up during the process and I always received a friendly and helpful response to everything. Great customer service!
Allison was very courteous, helpful and professional. The building has outstanding facilities and is very secure.

I was there visiting a friend and Ms.Tee made me feel welcomed. Her personality was very inviting and very convincing why I should move and live there. She showed me around and really liked how this place has coffee amd a gym and pool too. Ms. Tee has excelente customer sales service. She answered every question I had.

I don't even know where to start. My stay here was absolutely amazing. The unit they gave us was very nice. They accommodated us perfectly. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were nothing short of amazing. If I needed any repairs done they would get it done by that day only. Not only that they did an amazing job maintaining the pool and the barbecue areas. I only wish the fire pits would work, but other than that thank you to all the Agave 350 staff for making our stay comfortable.
