Miss Tee at Agave 350 was amazing! The tour was great and she explained everything so clearly. She made the whole process super easy to understand and even told us she’ll be there to help with anything we need when we move in. she cares about the residents needs. Highly recommend working with her!

Tucson and anyone moving to Tucson this is the place to live. Living in downtown with so much class. Great amenities. The staff is friendly, classy, and gets stuff done.

The workers are so nice here and the places to go eat are amazing nearby super convenient great location people and vibe miss. Tee id the best!

Agave 350 is a great apartment complex. I can’t complain about the apartment or the staff. Ms. Tee helped me and my roommates in the entire process and has been extremely helpful accommodating with all the moving situation. The place is walking distance to a great amount of restaurants and amazing bars.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tee Miller, and her service was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. The way she presented the options made me choose Agave right away — I could really tell she cares about the residents and their needs. The place itself feels very clean, calm, and secure, which only confirmed my decision. I'm truly grateful to Tee for her support and guidance. She's an excellent professional and made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish!

Where do I start?… The amenities are awesome! The gym is amazing, they have community events like parties for the residents that include free food and good music! Not only that but Ms. Colleen has been amazing in helping us setup our store and Ms. Tee has been there for all of our needs as well… couldn’t recommend this place more!

I’ve absolutely loved living in this apartment! The space is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home. From day one, everything has been smooth—from the application process to move-in and beyond. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible service from Tee, the Employee Community Ambassador. She’s been nothing short of amazing—always helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just checking in, Tee consistently goes above and beyond. She made the entire process stress-free and has continued to be an incredible support during my time here. If you’re looking for a great apartment with excellent management, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough!

I just recently moved into a 2 bd 2 bath unit at Agave 350 and everything has been going great! The front desk attendant, Tee, has been super helpful with the apartment tour, leasing application, and new move in things. She has such a bright personality and is willing to answer any questions you have. We initially encountered some small problems with one of the showers, but they sent out a maintenance guy within a couple days to fix it. It’s exciting to be close to UofA and downtown, and I look forward to living here!
