Tee and Allison are the best receptionist I’ve been here for over a year love the fact that we have a Jim. We love the fact that we have coffee. I have an office room that people here are great especially being in downtown. Everything is perfect.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Most neighbor are super awesome as well. Beside being near the nightclubs which is good for partying. It is a solid place to live and experience Tucson downtown!

Agave 350 is just 10 minutes from Davis-Monthan AFB and stands out as one of the few local apartments offering a military discount, making it a great option for service members. It’s also located right in the heart of downtown, with the university campus nearby, so you’ll have plenty of options for dining, drinks, and entertainment. After settling in for a couple of weeks, I’m really enjoying my apartment and all the great amenities. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, and the hot tub and grill downstairs have been easy to use and enjoy. The front office staff has been exceptional. Alison was incredibly helpful in walking me through all of my options before I moved here from out of state, and she made sure I knew exactly what to do to get settled in. Tee, a newer member of the team, is always a pleasure to chat with and is especially skilled at resolving any issues with Amazon! Keep in mind that some apartments may experience more noise due to their proximity to the main entertainment areas, so it’s a good idea to discuss apartment location if noise is a concern. However, if you're looking to live downtown, a little street noise is to be expected, as you're not in a secluded setting.
