excellent MANAGEMENT . Whenever I need a service/maintenance request, it is taken care of immediately. Nice place to live. sometimes the tenants (being all college students) can tend to be a disturbance at times, but the overall atmosphere at the Cadence is great!

I have lived here and cannot describe a more amazing and fun experience. The Cadence is in the perfect location for downtown fun and distance to get to campus. Management is also the best I've seen from any other company hands down!
