The cadence is in a great location next to many places to eat and the Rialto! I'm very excited to be living there next year. The rooms look very nice.

I have lived here for 3 years now, and The Cadence has provided a significantly positive experience. From the abundance of amenities to the friendliness of the staff to the beautifully furnished units, this apartment complex offers nothing short of a student-friendly environment. Its location downtown provides various options for food and entertainment which cannot be found proximal to other apartment complexes. Overall, The Cadence fosters a nice blend of modern, urban living with an academic atmosphere.
