It is a good experience living in the cadence. Very convenient traffic because you live in downtown and you don't worry about the furnitures.
This is Erika's first year at the Cadence and so far everything is perfect. The office people are supper nice and easy to communicate with. The Cadence has created a safe and welcoming home. So far we all love it!

Absolutely wonderful place for my daughter. Amazing amenities and less expensive than the not so special dorm. She is thrilled.
My daughter lives there. She loves it. Great location ! Yesterday she was going to go to brunch with some friends and all she had to do was walk downstairs ! Downtown is a great location for a young 21-year-old senior in college ! Well furnished nice appliances and great staff !
