Great Team and It Shows!
Became part of this beautiful property a few weeks ago and it has been more that pleasurable. Great Management Team (Antonio & Colleen)! Very attentive and quick responding to our requests. Maintenance is excellent as well! Beautiful apartments, spacious common areas, dog friendly and great walking distance to everything! No regrets here! You're missing out!!! Give Antonio & Colleen a call, schedule a tour and See For YOURSELF!
Just moved in about a month ago and itâs the best apartments Iâve been in! From the start I have had an amazing experience! Antonio was amazing, friendly and so helpful! The move in was fast and easy! Thank you Antonio!
Moved in a few days ago, both Jacky and Antonio were extremely helpful and definitely made move in day very smooth. One of the light bulbs were out, they replaced it within minutes. Very attentive. Love the property. The common areas are modern, clean, very nice place to live in.
The rooms are amazing and it's actually a steal considering the location and the rent but it can get noisy at weekends lots of cars and people. It's in the downtown so you can get food or go to bar those are really near by
I started here and it was a little hectic but the new management have been doing great about getting things to run smoothly. Shoutout to Lorenzo the maintenance man! Hes super cool and is always there to help me out ! all of the employees are super friendly and helpful as well
this place has its ups and downs but one thing about this place thatâs super awesome is the maintenance. theyâre always on top of things and lorenzoâs the best!

Lorenzo was super helpful fixing everything I needed and even accommodated my time needs as well. Best maintenance supervisor hands down!
Things are looking up now that there are maintenance guys on site on a regular basis. Lorenzo the new maintenance Supervisor is absolutely amazing!!
As advertised, cozy quaint and clean. We weren't looking for a large luxurious get away. This is a nice place to go win driving through or even to stay for...
