The location and amenities make Agave 350 the perfect location! Leisure time is easily filled with some of the restaurants and adult night spots all within walking distance! The staff is professional, attentive, and courteous. The assistant manager Antonio and Zonnica are good listeners and handle any concerns expressed efficiently and seemingly immediately! The Mountain and simultaneous downtown views top of the overall attraction of this property!

I have been here a little over a month. I am impressed. Maintenance is quick and competent. The coffee machine in the common area makes my morning. All the staff are nice, pleasant, and competent. I worked with Zonicka on move in and she is amazing. Every time I have a question she has an answer and she makes sure things get done. Highly recommended, and you can't beat the location!

The maintenance guys my sophomore and junior year were slow to get things done. The old guys left live wires above my sink and said "Do not get these wet." I was surprised. My senior year (current year) we switched management and Lorenzo has been a legend. Anything that seemed to be off when I first moved apartments he was on top of. He was very generous with getting things done in a timely manner. Made sure that it was done to my satisfaction. I have much respect for his work ethic and everything he has done. I will be moving apartment buildings in august. However, being here for 3 years at that point I know it will be left in good hands due to Lorenzo's dedication to this complex.

The Cadence is a great housing option. Location wise, the Cadence is perfectly placed in downtown Tucson with access to the streetcar, the best bars and restaurants, and cool shops. Management was very attentive and accommodating. Overall great experience met alot of new cool people here as well!

The Bar Crawl was amazing. The cadence notified me that I won and showed me where my table was. When I got there they tol me to invite whomever I wanted and that the botttle service was completely free. The event was great. Everyone was having a good time and the atmosphere was ecstatic. Its a fun environment to be in because i have all the cool restaurants and bars since my home is just a step away from it and the place is a modern living life style. I absolutely love living at the Cadence. I've lived several places in Tucson and the Cadence is by far my favorite. The staff is incredibly nice and very organized. Moving in was so easy, they have their check in & move in system perfectly orchestrated. The apartments are beautiful and in great shape. Its like living in a brand new apartment. The building is always ridiculously clean, which I really appreciate, again the staff is amazing! The cleanliness of the building really sets them apart from other apartment buildings in Tucson. It feels so homey living there. Theres always a scent of popcorn or coffee brewing in the lobby. The tenants love cuddling up in the lobby to watch TV in the lounge or to study. Its just such a chill environment and the people that live there all really respectful of one another, which is super nice. Also the ammenities are super great to, the tanning beds, the sauna, the pool, the game room, the gym, I could go on and on about how awesome the cadence is but I'll let you find out for yourself. Take a tour because I promise you won't be disappointed.

The Cadence has been my home since I was a freshman at UA. I've been living here for 3 years and there is now place I'd rather be. The location is super convenient to campus and I love that I live down town. There's local coffee shops right around the corner(which is key for an average college student), a market with a deli two blocks away, and lots of pizza parlors and restaurants. I've met many of my friends here at the Cadence and love it here. The staff, as well as the maintenance crew, are extremely helpful and super nice! Every time I walk through the door, they always have a smile on their faces and greet me. Some people complain that living downtown is too noisy because of the train... or it is dirty. Honestly, this is the best place you could ever live in for student housing. You can hear the train anywhere you live in Tucson. Moreover, many other student housing properties have no security and constantly has loud parties in the middle of the week. The Cadence is the perfect balance for a college student.
